Spring Registration ends January 7

TCYSA Scholarships for 2012 Class

Have you ever played or refereed in a youth recreational soccer league? If so, you may qualify for a $500 scholarship from The Colony Youth Soccer Association, as a graduating senior. Two scholarships will be given out, one to a graduating female and one to a graduating male. You must be a graduating senior this year and are planning to start college by December 31, 2012. If you are interested in applying for this scholarship, please complete this application in full and mail to The Colony Youth Soccer Association.

The Colony Youth Soccer Association is proud to offer a Skills Development Program in partnership with Challenger Sports
The Skill Development Program consists of professional instruction and games for players ages U5 - U14. Players receive one skills-focused technial training session per week coached by a professional Challenger Sports soccer coach!
THURSDAY 15th September - THURSDAY 27th October (Thursdays for 7 weeeks) At Turner Park Soccer Complex

The Sports Section Photography

The Sports Section has once again been selected to be the official photography company for the Spring 11 season. Any questions, you may visit their web site at www.sports-section.com or call Craig or Amy at (972)712-3489 or email tsstexas7@aol.com. Photo's will be delivered to the head coach in approximately 3 weeks from the photo date.

Each team will have a scheduled time for their team to have their photos taken. Once schedules are posted, if your team is not listed, please contact TSS so they can schedule your team.

Reminder for teams in InterCity play: Be sure to check the Northern Mid-Cities Soccer League site for games away from Five Star. Each city closes their own fields. The complete closing list is on the InterCity site.

To Our Players:

We commit to you to make this a great season full of fun and excitement. We will work hard to make sure that each game is as fun as it can be.

To Our Coaches:

We look to you to guide our young players and help them play the best games that they can play. We also want them to have as much fun as they possibly can! We will try to keep our Coaches Corner filled with help full links that will show you new skills and lessons to pass on to your players.

To Our Referees:

We look to you to help our games run smooth, safe, and fair. With your knowledge of the rules of our game and your ability to remain objective through out the season, you can insure that each team can play game to the best of their ability.

To Our Parents:

We look to you to be the backbone of our organization. Without your love, support, and positive reinforcement to the players, they would most likely not want to return each season. We encourage you to take a very active role in the organization and help us to make each season absolutely wonderful for our young players! Our coaches can always use a helping hand, and our board of directors would love to see you at the monthly meetings.
