TCYSA Registration Information

What Forms do I need to register for Recreation and Academy play? Registration forms are available on-line only.  TCYSA Recreation play to be completed on-line only.  All players must be able to submit a photocopy of their birth certificate if TCYSA requests it due to it not being on file.  The copy must be received prior to season start date. Play up form (if applicable).  Must be received by TCYSA prior to season start date.  Release form (if applicalbe).  Players who live outside of TCYSA boundaries (Releases are not valid for Academy players.  They must register in their home association). If a release form is required, the form must be received by TCYSA prior to season start date. Academy Registration Form or Tournament Only Players Registration fee's $50.00 per player for Academy or Tournament only players.  Please note that releases can not be given for Academy/PAL players.  It is a North Texas rule that all Academy/PAL players must register in thier home association and pay any fee's that their home association may charge. Registration fee's $75.00 per player for Recreation after August 3rd, 2008 .
